The room was well-furnished and well-equipped, with a clean bathroom, microwave, climate control, and iron. the hotel is in a peaceful area close to a good Chinese restaurant, a huge superstore, petrol station, Walmart, the entrance to highway 1, and public transportation options like the bus and sky train. - the staff was responsive and provided helpful recommendations. - There was a huge variety of fabulous food available.

the hotel area was fairly clean. the room was reasonably spacious. 3. the breakfast had a variety of selections, and the food was excellent. 4. the venue was in a marvelous location, really close to the intersection, freeway, and a large highway with a lot of traffic. 5. Falaise Park was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Bad sanitary conditions, swimming pool was empty, no real breakfeast proposed (only coffee and old and not safe muffins)

Handy decent location, right by a freeway. Based close to the intersection of Boundary and the Grandview Highway as well as the highway and the hospital. A wide range of fab food for meals...

Kind of rude staff!

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Boundary Road in Burnaby.

It was convenient to the Burnaby Hospital where I needed to be early in the morning

Extremely noisy location and, while the bed and bath were clean, it was obvious that some much deeper cleaning needed to be done and a general reno of the whole building is in order

We had a nice stay. Big, comfy, clean rooms, awesome staff. Close to everything. Great value.

No real extras, don't expect spa or anything.

The rooms here are really comfy with balconies, TVs, and fresh towels, and the staff is very friendly.

I liked the positive attitude of the staff. It was not very impressive from the out side however the room was clean, neat and great value for money.
